Transformational Kinesiology is a specialised kinesiology technique developed by Grethe Fremming and Rolf Havsboel, founding directors of the Polaris International College and Centre, a holistic research institute, educational facility and meditation centre near Copenhagen, Denmark.
Pioneers in the field of kinesiology, Grethe and Rolf are master practitioners of many established forms of kinesiology, such as Touch for Health, Edu-K, PKP, Health and Bio-Kinesiology. Together they have dedicated over twenty years to the research and implementation of TK, giving them a position of prominence in their field in Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Australia and the USA.
Grethe is past president of the International Kinesiology College (IKC) of Switzerland (1995-2003). With Rolf, an Electronic Engineer and researcher, she is a founder of the White Eagle Lodge in Denmark (1980).
Their technique is based on the Ageless Wisdom Teachings as expressed in the books of Alice Bailey, Helena Roerich, Torkom Saraydarian, Grace Cooke, Paramahansa Yogananda and others. TK is unique in its multi-dimensional (physical/etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual) application, thanks to the synthesis of Grethe and Rolf's vast knowledge of kinesiology and their in-depth knowledge of esoteric psychology and the science of subtle energy.
This process offers individuals and groups a unique opportunity to work consciously and intentionally with soul energy, by releasing blockages, unconscious programming and habit patterns which may be undermining their health, their success and/or their ability to live a creative and fulfilling life.
